Job summary

Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Bellperson to warmly assist guests, transport luggage to rooms, escort guests to their accommodations and inform them about hotel services and amenities.

You will drive and park guest vehicles, maintain luggage areas, answer the Bell Stand calls, and help locate lost luggage while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience, preferably in a similar position.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to drive all vehicle types.
• Valid California State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• English language required; fluency in other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to and from guestrooms. Escort guests to rooms and inform them about hotel services and features.
• Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles as guests arrive and depart, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain luggage areas and assist in locating lost luggage; tag, store and retrieve luggage as needed.
• Answer Bell Stand calls within 3 rings and greet guests professionally.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist guests with directions and request handling.
