Job summary

The Islands of Islamorada is seeking a guest services concierge to join their team of experienced hospitality professionals. You will act as the primary liaison for guests, coordinating inquiries, reservations, and off-site activities to ensure a welcoming, seamless experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury guest services, strong communication and leadership, and a flexible schedule to accommodate weekday and weekend operations at EOS Hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct guest service experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
• Proficient with computers and learning technical systems.
• Demonstrates natural leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact between guests and the organization by promptly answering inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
• Book F&B reservations, make recommendations, and arrange logistics for off-site activities for all in-house guests.
• Take ownership of the guest experience and consistently exceed expectations.
• Assist in training guest services teams in elevated concierge services and provide guidance on guest interactions.
