Job summary

The Islands of Islamorada, part of EOS Hospitality, is seeking a guest services concierge to join a team of hospitality professionals in the Florida Keys.

You will act as the main liaison for guests, handle reservations, coordinate activities, and continually enhance guest experiences. A strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and proactive service is required to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct guest service experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Proficient with computers and learning technical systems.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities with a team-focused attitude.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for guest service excellence.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact between guests and the organization and promptly answer inquiries.
• Book F&B reservations and arrange transportation for off-site activities.
• Lead and train staff in elevated concierge services.
• Create and update resource documents for guest options and experiences.
• Greet guests professionally and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Assist in forecasting, scheduling, and responding to guest reviews.
