Job summary

Trump Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Engagement Specialist to assist guests over the phone, planning and booking reservations for hotel rooms and services while delivering luxury service standards.

You will collect guest preferences in the system, stay current on rates and promotions, and provide accurate information about the city and Trump Hotels properties to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Reservations/front office or travel industry experience preferred; ability to work varied shifts.
• No special licenses or certificates required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and efficiently handle all incoming calls.
• Assist guests in planning and booking reservations for hotel rooms and services.
• Confirm room reservations while focusing on maximizing revenue.
• Record guest needs and preferences into the correct software.
• Deliver wake-up calls and handle guest inquiries via email or phone.
• Maintain knowledge of Trump Hotels promotions and room rates.
