Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in Group Reservations, Front Desk, or VIP Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate inventory, rates and concessions for groups.
• Balance room types and upload group room lists; process changes and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Catering Conventions, AR, Housekeeping and Front Office.
• Assist internal/external clients with Passkey tasks and reporting needs.
