Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Manager for its E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami. You will supervise overnight Front Office operations, greet guests, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage staff, conduct briefings, and maintain system accuracy for registrations and transactions.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. A bilingual advantage and proficiency with OPERA, HotSOS, and iVvy are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in Front Office, Housekeeping, or Guest Services, including supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and business acumen; ability to motivate team members.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Director of Front Office and Director of Hotel Operations.
• Oversee overnight front office operations to ensure safety and service standards.
• Supervise overnight front desk staff: scheduling, training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Communicate nightly activities and VIP arrivals to relevant teams and departments.
• Complete audit procedures and provide accurate end‑of‑shift reports.
