Job summary

The Loren at Pink Beach in Bermuda invites applications for a Guest Experience Curator. The role acts as ambassador, curating experiences and guiding guests to the best we offer in accommodations, F&B, excursions and transport.

As a front office extension and liaison, you handle reservations, guest requests, and special arrangements, ensuring accuracy and luxury service standards while maintaining a polished presence.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Front Office experience in Reception, Concierge, or an administrative role.
• Previous hotel experience preferred, including familiarity with OPERA, RDPWin PMS, or similar platforms.
• Any hotel or hospitality certifications are considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest-service focus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Knowledge of local attractions and guest services is an asset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
• Provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities.
• Coordinate guest requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department.
• Handle reservations, tours and rental bookings, and special arrangements ensuring all requests are confirmed.
• Update guests on airline status, routes, weather, and emergency information where necessary.
• Make guest reservations for transportation when requested.
• Register guests and assign rooms; accommodate special requests.
• Process guest check-ins/check-outs and cash handling tasks.
• Maintain front desk/concierge area cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates and maintenance requests.
• Provide support to management and maintain a safe working area.
• Contact roomed guests periodically to ascertain any special needs and address complaints.
