The Loren at Pink Beach in Bermuda is seeking a Reservation Agent to handle guest reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or central reservation system, and to prepare confirmations while processing cancellations and modifications.

Responsibilities include assisting with preregistration activities, processing advance deposits, and communicating with the front desk to support room revenue forecasts. Strong guest service and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years Front Office experience in Reception, Concierge, or administrative role.
• Experience with OPERA, RDPWin PMS or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Processes reservations by mail, phone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation system.
• Handles reservations from sales office and travel agents.
• Knows room types, locations, layouts, rates, and package benefits.
• Codes reservations according to hotel credit policy; creates records by arrival date
• Prepares letters of confirmation and communicates information to front desk.
