Job summary

The Loren at Pink Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to deliver professional service across multiple luxury outlets in Bermuda. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and coordinate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fine dining or luxury hotel F&B settings, strong wine knowledge, and excellent communication. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' continuous experience as a Food & Beverage Server or Waiter in a fine dining restaurant, banquet, or luxury hotel environment.
• Experience on a luxury cruise liner or in international F&B operations is a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of food and wine service, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end setting.
• Basic leadership and training skills are considered an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service across assigned outlets.
• Accurately take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Set up and break down service stations and dining areas in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain clear communication with bar staff, kitchen teams, and fellow servers to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, and handle all service equipment with care and accountability.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout your shift.
• Uphold the brand's standards in every interaction and remain attentive to guest satisfaction.
