Nuovo Artistic Studios in Miami is seeking a Guest Experience & Sales Professional to lead the premium guest journey from welcome to final product selection. You will be the warm, empathetic focal point, building authentic connections while guiding guests through a high-end experience and curated offerings.

This role rewards top performers with uncapped commission, a base pay of $25 per hour, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

You are a people person with a high degree of emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for human connection.
Proven track record in client-facing roles within high-end hospitality or similar field, with experience in high-ticket sales.
Ability to consistently exceed sales targets and quotas, with excellent communication and empathy.

Responsibilities
