Job summary

Nuovo Artistic Studios in Miami seeks a Guest Experience & Sales Professional to guide guests through a luxurious, high-end portrait experience. You’ll build authentic connections, manage the guest journey from welcome to final photo selection, and present curated products that elevate the session.

This role blends hospitality with consultative sales, offering a basesalary of $25.00 USD per hour plus uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• People person with high emotional intelligence and a passion for human connection.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles within high-end hospitality or luxury sales.
• Strong ability to exceed sales targets while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and empathetic listening.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings, in person.
