You will be the dealership's first-line contact, greeting customers, gathering vehicle data, presenting cost estimates, and coordinating repairs with the service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments using dealership forms.
• Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problem.
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs and provide cost estimates.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data and secure payment method.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer if needed.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify customers of required work.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are accounted for.
