Job summary

Evermore Orlando Resort seeks a seasoned Guest Experience Host to redefine luxury guest service at a premier Orlando property. You will welcome guests, tailor moments of hospitality, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation, Spa, and Transportation teams to deliver a seamless stay.

You will proactively anticipate needs, manage guest profiles, and act as a single point of contact from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring privacy and impeccable service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a guest-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hotel/resort environment with high-touch service.
• Ability to provide anticipatory service with discretion.
• Professional command of luxury service language and presentation.
• Knowledge of resort amenities, dining outlets, and local attractions.
• Experience coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Recreation, Spa, and Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Receive Pre-Arrival Dossiers from Pre-Arrival team and learn about arriving guests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness for arrivals.
• On arrival, introduce themselves confidently and establish presence.
• Provide a welcome amenity based on guest preferences.
• Offer a call or text within 15 minutes of guest entering the accommodation.
• Create one mid-stay micro-moment and one closing moment on final night.
• Schedule daily time to roam to assist in-house guests.
• Listen to guests to elevate feedback and resolve friction.
• Document notable preferences and feedback for future stays.
