Job summary

Evermore Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL seeks an energetic Activities Coordinator to lead guest-centered programs across crafts, sports, games, and themed events. You will engage guests of all ages, speak on a microphone, and uphold Forbes luxury standards in service.

This role requires strong organization, multitasking, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. You’ll prep spaces, adapt to weather, manage equipment, and help create memorable experiences for families and guests, including handling

• Full availability on weekends, holidays and variable shifts.
• Hospitality, recreation, entertainment or event facilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and execute activities like crafts, sports, games, parties and large-scale celebrations.
• Engage with guests of all ages, creating an energetic, welcoming environment.
• Address guest issues promptly with high-quality solutions.
• Speak into a microphone to lead activities and announcements.
• Uphold Forbes luxury standards in guest service and presentation.
• Prepare activity areas and ensure materials meet requirements within 15 minutes.
• Adapt to weather and guest needs with creative solutions.
• Maintain records of program participation and inventory.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and team; maintain professional spaces.
• Handle, serve and manage food items per safety and hygiene standards.
• Work in various weather and around beach, pool and gym areas.
