Oxford Collection Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver warm, professional, and seamless check-in/check-out experiences at one of our Four-Diamond properties in Bend, Oregon. The role emphasizes exceptional service, attention to detail, and anticipation of guest needs to uphold Forbes-standard hospitality.

The position involves coordinating with bell staff, valet, housekeeping, and F&B teams, handling reservations and payments, and providing expert local recommendations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polished, professional demeanor and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide local information, amenities details and personalized recommendations.
• Process reservations, payments, and guest requests with discretion and accuracy.
• Assist with room upgrades and special services to enhance guest experiences.
• Coordinate with bell staff, valet and housekeeping for seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, following brand standards.
• Maintain VIP guest knowledge and manage guest balances.
• Input and track maintenance and service requests as needed.
