Job summary

The Oxford Collection Hotels in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and ensure daily sanitation to meet our guests’ high standards. You will perform cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues, while delivering genuine hospitality and attention to detail.

This role requires reliability, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality/hotel work experience preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guestroom Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guestrooms, pre-clean duties, and cart setup; perform vacuuming, dusting, mopping, linen changes, trash removal, and replenishment of amenities.
• Guest Relations: Provide high level of customer service, acknowledge guests, address issues, respect confidentiality, respond to special requests, and report lost and found items.
• Other: Communicate with staff, maintain daily activity logs, adhere to attendance, and perform other duties as assigned.
