Oxford Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Representative at the Bend hotel to deliver warm, professional service during check-in and check-out. You will anticipate guest needs and provide luxury-level assistance, contributing to Forbes-style service standards.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, coordination with hotel teams, and maintaining high hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment at Four-Diamond properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years prior experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Any previous experience in a front desk, reception, or related role is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polished and professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out.
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local recommendations.
• Process reservations, payments, and special requests accurately.
• Coordinate with bell staff and Valet for transportation and luggage.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain knowledge of VIP guests and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Answer the telephone promptly and input messages into the computer.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards.
