This role collaborates with our Bridal Coordinator and Salon + Spa Coordinator to ensure seamless operations, warm welcomes, and personalized service that enhances guest satisfaction and revenue through thoughtful engagement.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and a polished, luxury presence.

• Ensure seamless guest flow, including check-in, transitions, and check-out.
• Maintain a calm, elevated atmosphere in spa and salon.
• Support service providers with timing, readiness, and guest experience.
• Drive revenue through guest engagement and retail recommendations.
• Answer phones, manage bookings, and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards across front desk, spa, and spaces.
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms and salon spaces to Blush standards.
• Assist with beverage service and light food offerings.
