Job summary

Exhale Spa is seeking an outgoing, hospitality-focused Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service while supporting spa operations, membership sales, and retail revenue.

You will welcome guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, manage reservations, process transactions, and help grow memberships and retail. Familiarity with Mindbody and InfoGenesis is a plus, as is a strong customer-service mindset suited to a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Mindbody and InfoGenesis preferred.
• Cash handling and payment processing experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales through consultative recommendations and guest engagement.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality, spa, fitness, hotel, or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an outstanding spa and fitness experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations using Mindbody.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, memberships, and gift cards.
• Utilize InfoGenesis POS systems for retail and service transactions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Support membership sales, renewals, and guest retention efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail boutique area.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
