Job summary

The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking an Assistant Guest Experience Manager to supervise guest-facing operations and uphold five-star service.

You will partner with the Guest Experience Manager to ensure seamless arrivals, personalized experiences, and brand standards; willingness to lead, train, and maintain professional environment.

Must bring 2–4 years luxury hospitality experience; strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving; flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality (5-star or Forbes-rated preferred).
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in front office, guest relations, or guest experience operations preferred.
• Experience working in a full-service or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Hospitality or business-related coursework or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled and support leadership presence.
• Supervise team members and ensure adherence to service standards and grooming.
• Assist in training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
• Promote a positive, service-driven and professional work environment.
• Coordinate guest concerns, VIP notes, and operational issues with leadership.
