Job summary

The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to oversee guest-facing operations and deliver five-star service. You will collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to uphold standards, coach staff, and ensure seamless luxury experiences for every guest.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, full-service hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in full-service or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience Manager as liaison for VIPs and guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion.
• Assist with escalated guest issues and service recovery.
• Lead front desk, concierge, bell services and coordination with housekeeping.
• Monitor operations to ensure luxury standards and guest satisfaction.
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Train and coach team members; foster a service-driven environment.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and brand policy compliance.
