Job summary

The Jay, Autograph Collection in San Francisco is hiring a Senior Group Sales Manager to drive group business and forge long-term client relationships. You will secure high-value corporate, tech, and upscale social segments, positioning our boutique luxury experience as a differentiator.

A background in luxury or lifestyle hotel sales is essential. You will collaborate across departments, deliver sophisticated sales strategies, and lead client engagements from prospecting to contract closure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
• Experience with high-value group segments and corporate accounts.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals through calls and site visits.
• Produce room, banquet, and rental revenue via prospecting and closing.
• Maximize hotel revenue by selling all facets of the property.
• Coordinate cross-departmental servicing of accounts.
• Present persuasive sales pitches to prospective clients.
