Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; warm, hospitality-driven approach.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with homeowners, resort teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; hospitality or property management systems preferred.
• Experience supporting financial operations including homeowner billing and budgets.
• Two to three years of experience in luxury hospitality or property management preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate the property by foot or bike.
• Availability to work primarily Tuesday through Saturday, with flexibility for holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison for homeowners and build trusted relationships.
• Own the homeowner journey from pre-arrival to departure, coordinating reservations and special requests.
• Onboard new homeowners; manage profiles, insurance, billing and records.
• Address homeowner requests with proactive updates and timely follow-through.
• Develop homeowner communications and coordinate events with resort departments.
• Coordinate operations between homeowners, departments and third-party providers.
• Prepare arrival reports and support HOA administration and budgets.
