Job summary

The h.wood Group is seeking an Events & Group Dining Coordinator for Delilah Dallas to manage large party dining and support semi-private and private events. You will handle inquiries, organize reservations, and coordinate menus, beverages, seating, and timing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, event coordination, or upscale dining.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a polished demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication with sales awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for large party dining inquiries (10–15 guests).
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and referrals.
• Manage group dining reservations from inquiry to post-dining follow-up.
• Coordinate menu selections, beverages, seating, timing, dietary needs, and special requests.
• Collaborate with Reservations and Operations to maximize bookings while upholding service standards.
• Identify opportunities to convert inquiries into semi-private or private events with Events Manager.
• Build relationships with hosts, corporate clients, assistants, planners, and partners to drive repeat business.
• Maintain an organized calendar and timely client follow-up.
• Drive incremental revenue through group dining and private events.
