Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Group & Airline Reservations Manager for Kimpton Era Midtown, NYC. You will oversee daily group room blocks, airline allocations, and manifest accuracy, reporting to the Area Director of Revenue Strategy.

This role requires leadership to supervise Group & Airline Supervisors and ensure smooth check-ins and billing accuracy. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in hotel reservations or revenue management, strong PMS/CRS knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or front office operations.
• Proficiency with PMS/CRS and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Block & inventory management: set up room blocks and monitor counts against demand.
• Rate & operational coordination with Housekeeping to align with group schedules.
• Manifest administration, billing reconciliation, and cross-department collaboration.
