The Accounting Manager (Group & Airline) plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of Kimpton Era Midtown. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this position manages specialized billing, daily reconciliations, and cash operations while collaborating closely with Group & Airline Management, Sales, Revenue, and Finance teams to ensure precise ledger management, timely collections, and seamless financial operations.
Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience. Previous hotel accounting experience, particularly with group, airline, or accounts receivable ledgers, is highly preferred. Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is desirable. Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools. Ability to perform each duty proficiently with or without reasonable accommodation.
