Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Group & Airline Reservations Manager for Kimpton Era Midtown in New York. You will oversee daily execution of group and airline room blocks, inventory, and manifests, reporting to the Area Director of Revenue Strategy.

You’ll lead Supervisors as the department grows and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure smooth check-in, accurate billing, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred in Hospitality or Business.
• 3+ years in hotel reservations or revenue management in luxury settings.
• Proficiency with PMS/CRS and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group and airline room blocks, inventory, and manifests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office on turnover and check-ins.
• Manage billing, reconciliations, and guest folios.
• Supervise Group & Airline Supervisors as the team grows.
