Grand Hyatt San Francisco is seeking a polished Grand Club Attendant to join our Rooms and Food & Beverage teams. You will welcome guests, provide personalized service, and maintain Grand Club presentations to the highest standards, ensuring a warm and refined experience.

The role requires strong guest service and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, luxury hospitality, restaurant, club, concierge, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Grand Club guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Verify guest eligibility and provide information about Grand Club hours, amenities, food and beverage offerings, and hotel services.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel, Grand Club offerings, restaurants, bars, meeting facilities, fitness amenities, and local San Francisco attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, information, and personalized recommendations.
• Set up, maintain, and replenish Grand Club food and beverage presentations according to hotel standards.
• Assist guests with requests, questions, special occasions, dietary concerns, and other needs.
