Grand Hyatt at SFO is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Houseperson to support the housekeeping operation in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel environment. This hourly role requires attention to detail and a readiness to assist with linen delivery, restocking, and guest service tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest corridors, elevator landings, service areas, linen closets, stairwells, and other areas.
• Deliver linens, towels, guest supplies, amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and other items to Room Attendants.
• Remove soiled linen, trash, and used service items promptly and safely.
• Restock housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage rooms.
• Respond to guest requests and internal service calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room moves as directed by leadership.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns per procedures.
• Keep offices and storage spaces neat and organized.
• Follow hotel policies related to cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with departments to support guest experience.
