Job summary

brobstongroup.com - Jobboard is seeking a candidate to provide a luxury client experience in the RH Gallery. You will assess walk-in clientele, advise on products and services, and work with RH Interior Design to deliver fully designed spaces.

This role includes managing client experiences from initial contact to product delivery, focusing on building a strong client base and achieving gallery sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred.
• Strong relationship skills, organization, and results orientation.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, prolonged standing and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, product-focused service and expertise to gallery clients.
• Manage all phases of the client experience from first contact to delivery.
• Grow and maintain a personal client base and meet fiscal targets.
