Qualifications

• Prior experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail.
• Strong ability to visualize and communicate sophisticated interior layouts.
• Proven consultative sales record with client relationship-building.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Floor Planner or AutoCAD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients in-store and in-home to identify needs and budgets.
• Develop floor plans and layouts showing how Scan Design pieces transform spaces.
• Curate styling with accessories, lighting, and rugs for cohesive interiors.
• Oversee client journey from introduction through delivery and installation.
• Collaborate with showroom, admin, and delivery teams for a seamless experience.
• Assist in visual merchandising to keep showroom as a premier destination.
