Job summary

Scan Design of FL, LLC seeks a Sales Design Consultant who acts as brand ambassador and visionary, blending interior design expertise with consultative sales to manage projects from concept to white-glove delivery.

You will work in-store and in-home, develop comprehensive floor plans, curate finishes, and partner with showroom and delivery teams to ensure a premium client experience across Florida.

Qualifications

• Visualize and communicate sophisticated interior layouts and space solutions.
• Proven high-end sales experience with client trust and value-driven approach.
• Experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail preferred.
• Proficient with Floor Planner, AutoCAD or similar design tools.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse and office teams for delivery.
• Self-motivated with weekend and holiday client engagement focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication representing a legacy brand.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients in-store and in-home to identify needs and budget.
• Develop floor plans and layouts to showcase Scan Design pieces.
• Curate accessories, finishes, lighting, and rugs for cohesive interiors.
• Oversee client journey from introduction to installation.
• Collaborate with showroom, admin, and delivery teams for a seamless experience.
• Support showroom merchandising to keep it a premier destination.
