Qualifications

• Experience in high-end, relationship-based sales with luxury retail, interior design, or real estate.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work weekend hours.
• Ability to visualize and communicate sophisticated interior layouts.
• Experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail preferred.
• Proficiency with design tools (Floor Planner, AutoCAD) for visual proposals.
• Strong verbal and written communication to represent a legacy brand.

Responsibilities

• Sales Consultation: Engage with clients in-store and in-home to identify lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.
• Space Planning: Develop comprehensive floor plans and layouts that demonstrate how Scan Design pieces transform a client's environment.
• Curated Styling: Expertly select accessories, finishes, lighting, and rugs to create a cohesive, elevated interior.
• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the client journey from initial introduction through procurement to final white-glove installation.
• Showroom Excellence: Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the showroom remains a premier destination for design inspiration.
