Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Springfield, MA is hiring a Sales Consultant who thrives on customer service and design. You will drive store sales by presenting furniture, accessories, and the La-Z-Boy Design program, and you’ll earn base pay plus uncapped commission with a quarterly bonus.

Training pay starts at $16/hour for 2–6 weeks, followed by a base of $13.50/hour, with 3% commission on Design Sales and 2% on other sales. Total earnings typically range from $35k to $55k+ including bonuses.
