La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Springfield, MA is hiring a Sales Consultant to drive store sales of luxury furniture, accessories, and services. You will promote the Design program, assist designers, and provide a high level of customer service following our selling process.

Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, processing orders and deposits, and maintaining a polished showroom. The role requires strong communication, time management, and a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong customer-service orientation preferred.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team-oriented.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to hit sales goals.
• Deliver a positive customer experience following the selling process.
• Schedule deliveries, process orders, deposits and fees accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and assist in training new peers.
