Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations across front desk, night audit, and guest services at our Hawai‘i resort. You will lead a professional team, ensure premium service delivery, and coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and reservations to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Advantageous to have an Associate’s degree or College Diploma.
• Experience in hotel front office management and luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations including front desk, night audit, and guest services.
• Lead, coach, and support front office staff to ensure performance and service excellence.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet demands.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and occupancy in coordination with Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required to support resort operations and emergencies.
• Partner with Reservations and other departments to support inventory and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front office systems, reporting, and payroll support.
