Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Front Office Manager to join the leadership team at a premier resort in Maui, hawaii. You will oversee daily front office operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead revenue initiatives to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring significant luxury-hotel experience, strong team leadership, and a passion for hospitality, with the ability to train staff and maintain high service standards across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in front office leadership within hospitality.
• Experience in luxury resort environments is preferred.
• Strong guest service focus and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations including guest services, check-in/check-out, and room inventory.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive service improvements across the lobby and concierge areas.
• Lead revenue initiatives and upsell strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Provide regular training and updates to front office staff on hotel offerings and local attractions.
• Welcome and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to uphold standards.
• Coach and develop front office team members to foster a positive, productive work environment.
