Paws Up Montana, America’s premier luxury ranch resort, seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the guest services team and ensure a seamless guest journey across arrivals, stays, and departures.

This role collaborates with departments, upholds Montana hospitality standards, and provides training, leadership, and operational excellence. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk experience is required.
• Valid driver's license with at least two years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and support Front Office team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Oversee arrival/departure processes and audit guest waivers for accuracy.
• Communicate resort amenities, services, policies, and updates to guests and staff.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Complete daily Front Office checklists on time.
• Manage cashiering and billing procedures.
