Job summary

Paws Up Montana is seeking a Camp Manager for Seasonal Summer 2027. This role leads camp staff, oversees guest services, and coordinates food and beverage operations in a luxury resort setting along the Blackfoot River.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and hospitality experience, with a hands‑on approach and a passion for outdoor, high‑end guest experiences. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, coaching, and ensuring flawless guest arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training or job-related coursework.
• Basic hospitality knowledge and service experience is valued.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for camp staff questions and guest concerns.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and weekly one-on-one staff reviews.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and payroll for camp operations.
• Oversee meal service, inventory, and coordination with camp chef and butlers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff offboarding.
