You will guide the team, manage budgets, and drive revenue optimization while maintaining luxury service standards.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cost control, and collaboration with housekeeping, reservations, and F&B to elevate guest experiences. Starting salary range is $80,000–$90,000.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury hospitality/front office operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and guest feedback for strategic improvements.
• Adaptable, results-driven, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Opera, Alice, Zingle, SpaSoft, OpenTable, Toast is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize revenue and control costs.
• Identify revenue opportunities and upsell to maximize occupancy.
• Lead front office team with coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain daily reporting from Night Audit and monitor open folio/credit reports.
• Coordinate VIP and group arrivals with other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of resort features, room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
