Auberge Collection is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Goldener Hirsch in Park City, Utah. You will be the linchpin of guest experience, overseeing smooth check-ins, warm service, and efficient problem resolution to set the tone for a welcoming front desk.

Lead the front desk team, coordinate shifts, manage reservations, and communicate with other departments to ensure flawless service and memorable stays for guests in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Oversee check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and warmth.
• Supervise front desk staff with training and support.
• Monitor reservations, ensure availability, address discrepancies.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• 2+ years of hotel reception experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Applications including Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, etc.
