The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, part of Hyatt, seeks a Front Office Agent to manage guest registrations and communicate hotel services. This role offers exposure to high-end hospitality in Deer Valley, UT, with opportunities to engage guests and promote hotel offerings.

You will be the face of Hyatt, delivering courteous, efficient service and contributing to a memorable guest experience across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long distances.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry moderate weight.
• Flexible Schedule including Weekends and Holidays.
• Experience and understanding of Front Office Host operations preferred.
• Proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration and convey hotel services and promotions.
• Be the face of Hyatt at the Front Office and respond to guest inquiries.
• Process forms of payment and ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out.
• Provide friendly, professional service to create memorable guest experiences.
