You will up-sell room brands, uphold service standards, and support guests with information about the hotel and facilities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, fluent English, reliable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while collaborating with a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset.
• Must be able to type 25 words per minute.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Respond to each Guest who approaches the Reception Desk
• Drive rate through up-selling room brands
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned
