Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year front desk experience at a AAA Four Diamond property preferred.
• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication required.
• UAIC Tribal Gaming License is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check in/out following hotel policies.
• Assist guests with concierge tasks, reservations, and itineraries.
• Respond to guest inquiries per company policy and AAA standards.
• Post room and tax information during night audit and compile reports.
• Handle messages, mail, and deliveries for guests.
• Upsell amenities using professional phone etiquette.
