Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality experience or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service abilities.
• Ability to listen and respond quickly to residents’ and guests’ requests.
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a warm, professional manner.
• Provide anticipatory service to exceed expectations and ensure smooth accommodations.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and accurate message delivery.
• Log and inventory guest packages; monitor lobby and security systems as needed.
• Assist with amenities coordinating, scheduling, and special requests while maintaining confidentiality.
