Job summary

Morgans Originals Hotel in Egypt is seeking a courteous Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, handle payments, and provide information about facilities, local attractions and services. You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless stays.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a luxury hospitality setting, excellent English, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in a luxury hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in/out according to hotel policies and handle payments.
• Assist guests with special requests, upgrades, and room assignments based on availability.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests for services such as transportation, wake-up calls, and dining reservations.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and elevate to management when necessary.
• Maintain records of charges and payments and update guest information in the hotel management system.
• Upsell hotel services, amenities and packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
