Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest contact skills.
• Ideal candidates are outgoing and enjoy helping others.
• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and communicate clearly.
• Strong written and oral communication; multitasking capability.
• Current or prior experience in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests efficiently and politely, using guest name when possible.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue based on availability.
• Check out guests, settle bills and manage late charges.
• Maintain cash drawer, handle currency and close transactions.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with hospitality.
