Hotel Clio, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Denver's Cherry Creek North, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out with professional service.

As part of Sage Hospitality Group, you will handle cash and payments, use POS and PBX systems, and provide accurate information with English fluency, strong organizational skills, and a courteous demeanor. Salary starts at $20.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience with cash handling and customer service ideal.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct check-in/check-out following hotel procedures.
• Answer inquiries and assist with reservations and hotel information.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Operate PBX and call routing to ensure timely guest service.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by staying informed about hotel functions and events.
• Provide friendly, professional service and handle diverse guest situations.
