Job summary

Hotel Clio, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Denver's Cherry Creek North, seeks a Front Desk Clerk to uphold guest service excellence and accurate cash handling. You will greet guests, check in/out, and respond to reservations with courtesy.

Ideal candidates have a high school education or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate a POS system and PBX. Experience in hospitality accounting is a plus, and uniforms or dress code apply.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Accounting background preferred, but not required.
• Strong telephone and guest relations etiquette skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on hotel outlets and front desk cash operations.
• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures daily.
• Respond to reservations inquiries and guest concerns.
• Operate PBX and manage wake-up calls.
• Assist with checkout and close of accounts.
