We are looking for an organized, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant™ to become the welcoming face of VDX Detailing™. This role is essential to delivering the premium customer experience our clients expect from the moment they contact us or walk through our doors. You will support daily office operations by scheduling appointments, assisting customers, maintaining records, answering phone calls, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the front office upholds the VDX brand's luxury standards.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office and front desk.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule client appointments.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, typing, copying, scanning, document preparation, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate administrative projects by organizing schedules, tracking assignments, and ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members through phone, email, SMS, and written correspondence.
• Maintain exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills to support daily business operations.
• Assist with onboarding, training support, and sharing company procedures and best practices with administrative team members when needed.
• Help maintain office equipment by coordinating maintenance, arranging repairs, monitoring inventory, and recommending improvements when appropriate.
• Monitor office supply inventory, forecast needs, and place orders to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Support overall team success by completing assigned administrative and client experience tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
