VDX Detailing in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a Front Desk & Client Experience Assistant to be the welcoming face of the luxury studio. You will manage scheduling, answer inquiries, and support daily office operations to uphold our premium standards.

This junior role offers hands-on customer care, the chance to learn detailing services, and advancement opportunities based on performance. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a reliable and insured vehicle.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the office and front desk.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create an exceptional first impression.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars.
• Assist with customer check-in and check-out.
